Spezzoni di memoria

On January 27, 2025, at 6:00 pm, the Santa Lucia Cultural Club of Meta will host a touching and meaningful event to commemorate Remembrance Day: “Spezzoni di Memoria”. The initiative, organized under the patronage of the Municipality of Meta, aims to raise awareness among citizens of the importance of historical memory through cinema. A journey through history with cinema During the event, some scenes taken from emblematic films that tell the story of the tragedy of the Holocaust and the value of hope and humanity will be screened: The Truth Denied, Jojo Rabbit and Life is Beautiful. These titles, of great emotional and cultural impact, represent fundamental tools for reflecting on the need to remember and transmit the message of never again to the new generations.
